Piatto’s new website has set them up for success – and the views are coming in hot, with an average of almost 7,500 visitors per month! Their new online ordering set up has freed up their phones and allowed better customer service across all locations. Their online reservations at Duckworth Street have also helped with this, and will be rolled out at all locations over time.
Piatto's menus are ever-changing, taking advantage of the creativity of the kitchen team and keeping us super busy with our own creative — we love it! The menus are meant to stand the test of time, as each new set is printed on a durable, waterproof stock.
We've even had a hand in interior design, assisting with the look of the newest ovens for Elizabeth Avenue, and building murals that are unique to each location.
